This one's easy. Browse [here], accept the license, download the file GoogleEarthLinux.bin into your favourite directory, then as root: 

# sh GoogleEarthLinux.bin

By default, this installs Google Earth under /opt. If you get a complaint about missing Bitstream Vera Fonts, then just: 

# yum install bitstream-vera-fonts

When you're done, just: 

$ googleearth
