What's all this, then?

Nothing ground-breaking, just a collection of quick-and-dirty recipes for how to do some things in Fedora (although some of the recipes might need to be updated). The important thing is that these recipes should just plain work, and if they don't, let me know at rpjday@crashcourse.ca. Seriously, if a recipe provided here doesn't work properly or needs enhancement, I want to know about it.

Also -- and please note this point well -- many of these recipes are going to be fairly basic and won't go into the possible complexities of a lot of these topics. In many ways, they're just to get you started, at which point you can pick up the ball and take it from there (to badly mangle a metaphor).

Finally, and by way of shameless promotion, if you happen to be somewhere in the vicinity of Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario (or the surrounding environs) and need some top-notch, corporate Linux training, well, [what can I say?]. Drop me a note, and we'll chat.
